Bits Trade In

How it Works

TheWarStore is pleased to announce to our customers, the ability to trade in bits to us in exchange for other product.

We have a list which will be updated frequently with the bits we are looking for and a credit price that we are offering. We will then require a copy of this form filled out with what bits you are trading in, and the bits themselves mailed to us. Each order form will have a automatic $3 credit for shipment of the bits to us.  Once they are processed we will issue you a Gift Certificate good at TheWarStore.com at our regular prices.

Conditions

Obviously we only sell brand new bits, so the bits must be authentic, on the sprue, and in mint condition. No bits with glue, paint or other damage to them will ever be accepted. TheWarStore reserves the right to refuse any items we feel violate these conditions. We will not make offers on all bits, just items that we need at the time.

Tips for mailing bits: bubble envelopes are the best for mailing bits, but small mailing boxes are good too. Please try to wrap them in the order form as well, for extra protection.

Price

As a business we have to make a profit. The credit price we offer for bits will be based on a percentage of the price we sell the bits for. This is to compensate for the time to process each transaction, and our overall business expenses. Price are subject to change at anytime, as we can get overstocked or understocked on items very quickly.  Bits Trade in compensation will be in the form of a TheWarStore Gift Certificate usuable on our site for any of the products we sell at our regular prices.  Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
