How does it Work?
1) Download our current Games Workshop Trade In Spreadsheet to find out what products may be traded in. We will only accept the most current prints/makes/models of the product listed on the spreadsheet. Obviously we can only sell brand new, sealed product, so we will only accept items in the original factory boxes; shrink wrapped. No open, resealed, or damaged boxes or blisters will ever be accepted. TheWarStore reserves the right to refuse any items we feel violate these conditions.
2) Email us with a clear list including the SKU#’s, names, and quantity of each product you intend to return. We will email you back with the “go-ahead” and any adjustments that need to be made.
3) ONCE YOU’VE GOT THE OK FROM US YOU’RE READY TO SHIP! Include the emailed list with any adjustments we have asked you to make and please do not forget to include your name and email address so you get the credit you deserve!
What are Trade In items worth? TheWarStore will give you 50% of the retail price (MSRP) for your returns. (Ex: You returned 1 Chaos Obliterator (MSRP = $22.00) You receive $11.00 in credit!)

Tips for mailing to us:
- Bubble wrap or packing peanuts are the best cushion for shipping. You can also use newspaper.
- Please remember to include the trade-in/emailed list with your name and email address in your package.
