The Mobile Infantry army is a purely volunteer force and members can quit at
any time - even minutes before a drop. However, they are incredibly patriotic
and willing to lay their lives on the line in order to protect their homeworlds.
Thus, the Mobile Infantry is not only the best equipped military force in human

The Mobile Infantry will appeal to players who love to get into the nitty gritty
details of their army. While the Mobile Infantry has less radical differences
in their units than the Arachnids (there is only one species of human!), they
have far more options within each unit. Even the basic Trooper squad can be
equipped in a variety of ways and vehicles such as the Chickenhawk Marauder
are equally versatile. The Mobile Infantry is also the only army in the game
with access to atomic weapons. . .
