Missing Parts

I recently received an order of a Terran fleet and carrier from Firestorm: Armada. All eleven flight stand posts were missing. Whom should I try to get them from: you or Spartan Games?

Is this a common problem with this new line of minis?

This is the first I have heard about any missing parts. So I suspect its not a huge issue, you just got lucky! :)
