Custom Tau Crisis Suit Ideas

I am trying to make what I want to call a `well-worn`battlesuit. I want to take gun from the other races, and make it look like my commander grafted them on to his armor to replace weapon that may have been destroyed. I will also be adding small things like dents and gashes in the armor. What I need, though, is weapons that can replace the standard Tau weaponry in shape(ish) and function. I want this to be my first model to magnetize as well, so I am looking for a replacement for each standard battlesuit weapon.

I have already decided on getting:
Eldar scatterlaser (Burst cannon, will be modded to account for less S, AP and such)
IG Sentinel Missile Launcher (Missile pods, but bigger)
Eldar Starcannon (Plasma Rifle, i believe, need to check its stat line later)

I am still looking for a flamer, fusion blaster, and anything else I may have forgotten.
