Prepainted & Preassembled Miniature Games

I am looking for a good prepainted and preassembled minature games to pass my time here in the mountains of southwest Asia. I currently play Hordes, but with all the dust and the 12 hour work days I dont have the time to paint/assemble miniatures. Plus sharing a tent with 15 other guys gives me no room to paint :) I am looking mainly for fantasy but am open to sci-fi. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Have you thought about Rackham's Confrontation? Its fantasy based and pre-painted.

The starter box for Confrontation arrived and I found a friend to help try it out. It is very interesting, I am looking at the Dirz Army, actually order a small sample the other day.

The only question I had is does the Incarnate take up a slot on your banner? If it does not then why does the card have the unit type and the rank? What I am guessing is that if you dont have your Incarnate attached to a unit then it does count as a slot, but if you attach it to the unit then it is a part of the unit and therefor uses the slot that the unit is in. Am I in the ballpark or just way off base?

PS: Getting prepainted models for games like Hordes/Warmachine I still run into the problems of sandstorms messing up the models, but thanx for the look out.

"Sandstorms" Then the Driz is for you.
The character does not take up the slot (for the most part) But depending on the character's */**/*** will decide what type of unit he/she can join. For the wolfen Onyx is a type *(1) so he will only be able to lead type on units. Y'Anrylth is a type***(3) but can only join units of Bloodthirsty Preadators.
Take this with a grain of salt as I am no offical on the game but I'm pretty sure that is how it works. Well that is how we play it anyway. :)

Thank you, that makes alot of sense. I could not find it in the rulebook that comes with the starter set. Where do you get your info on the upcoming stuff from Rackham? I check their website everyday, I know I saw it somewhere but cannot remember where. I have been looking forward to the Ram Army, that is the one I want to invest my time and money on.
