Army Painter Drill HELP!

I have a dumb question. I purchased a drill by army painter. I cannot get the drill bits to stay attached and the head of the drill simply rotates. I cannot figure it out...any help out there...thanks

I had this same problem, if you disassemble it the part where you slide in the part that holds the bit after you screw it tight, flip it over. It has a second bit holder part that, so far, has solved this issue ... so far.
